These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and milyon888 ("milyon888," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the milyon888 website, mobile application, and all associated gaming services (collectively, the "Platform").

milyon888 reserves the right to request documentary proof of identity, age, and address at any time as part of its Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification process. Acceptable documents include a valid Philippine government-issued ID (e.g., PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's license, UMID, SSS ID, or voter's ID), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership where applicable.

milyon888 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) milyon888 account only. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your milyon888 login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. milyon888 supports deposits and withdrawals via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (₱). milyon888 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

The following conditions apply to all financial transactions on milyon888:

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method or promotion.
• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawal Verification: All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. milyon888 may request KYC documents before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or amounts exceeding applicable thresholds.
• Payment Method Matching: Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically possible. This is an anti-money laundering requirement.

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in games or the Platform to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes, including in live dealer games and poker variants.

• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity.

All content on the milyon888 Platform — including but not limited to the milyon888 name, logo, trademarks, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of milyon888 or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the milyon888 Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any milyon888 content without prior written consent.
• Use the milyon888 name, logo, or trademarks in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without authorization.

• The player's account is being used for money laundering or other financial crimes.
• The player is under 21 years of age.
• Continued operation of the account poses a regulatory, legal, or reputational risk to milyon888.

Upon account closure for cause, milyon888 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where a breach is confirmed, milyon888 may forfeit the entire account balance. Where no breach is found, any remaining balance of legitimately deposited and won funds will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

Players may close their milyon888 account voluntarily at any time by contacting customer support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining balance of legitimately deposited and won funds will be processed for withdrawal to the player's registered payment method, subject to standard KYC and withdrawal verification procedures.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

The parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the milyon888 Platform, or any gaming activity conducted thereon.

milyon888 operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations and the standards set by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Nothing in these Terms shall be construed to limit milyon888's obligations under applicable Philippine law or regulatory requirements.

Where a player disputes the accuracy of milyon888's records, the player must provide supporting evidence within 30 days of the disputed event. milyon888's decision on disputes, made in good faith and based on available evidence, shall be final and binding.
